APPLE CRISP

APPLE CRISP

4 cups apple slices, peeled
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats uncooked
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Put apples in shell baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine the dry ingredients, add melted butter, mix till crumbly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.

I prepared it last night and served it on our Tuesday cartoon night and my kids loved it. I've always liked cranberries and had a stock on my ref so it really came in handy.
